The Signature Bank Borrowers Coalition (SBBC) is your voice for fair treatment in commercial real estate. We are a non-profit organization created by borrowers just like you, who are also facing similar challenges with respect to property values, their loans and the incoming lenders/receiving handling of said loans.

Strength in numbers: The SBBC empowers borrowers by uniting them. Facing lenders individually can be daunting, but together we demonstrate the collective power of borrowers demanding fair treatment and equitable accommodations.

Respecting your privacy: We understand that not everyone is comfortable speaking out initially. Rest assured, anonymity is an option.
